1. Service Description
SafeConnect ("the Service") is a personal VPN service operated by SafeConnect ("we", "us"). The Service provides encrypted internet access via VLESS and IKEv2 protocols.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available by invitation only. By using SafeConnect, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You received a valid invitation from an existing user or administrator.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in illegal activities under applicable law.
- Send spam, distribute malware, or conduct cyberattacks.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service infrastructure.
- Share your account credentials with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
SafeConnect offers the following subscription plans, payable via Telegram Stars (XTR):
- Monthly: 110 Stars — 30 days of access
- 3 Months: 275 Stars — 90 days of access
- 6 Months: 500 Stars — 180 days of access
- Yearly: 830 Stars — 365 days of access
- Free Trial: 3 days of access (one-time, no payment required)
Payments are processed through Telegram's built-in Stars payment system. All prices are in Telegram Stars (XTR).
5. Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase if you experience significant service issues that we are unable to resolve. Contact us through the Telegram bot to request a refund. Refunds are processed via Telegram Stars.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or connectivity issues.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until your current billing period ends. Upon termination, your VPN credentials are deactivated.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Telegram bot.
